Albert – A Big Cuddle Cat
29/04/12: Albert is another Almeria cat. Montse found him hungry and afraid by the rubbish bins close to the surgery of our vet Miguel. He was full of parasites and very sad. I haven’t been able to get any good photos of him in the last few weeks as Albert has sent most of his time hiding from the camera and the other cats at Montse’s. It was therefore great news that a foster home came free for this lovely boy just in time for the 27.04 transport. Albert is 6 years old so I think all the cats at Montse’s were a bit too much for this gentle soul. He is now enjoying the peace at foster home Uschi, and we are hoping he will be a good friend to Katinka, our other cat there, who is still quite nervous. Albert is fine but was SO tired when he arrived last night that he was falling asleep in Uschi’s arms! Lovely boy!!! As you can see Kerstin had her camera and we now finally have some photos we can use. Albert is a rather handsome boy.
