Beautiful Brita

I think Brita is the most beautiful Tabby cat I have seen. I love her big green eyes, and she has a gorgeous soft, longish coat, and is tall and slim.

She also comes from the protectora, where she too was in a small box with her babies. After a few days of spoiling with Jenny, she is now being spoilt at Dawn´s, where she can stay for the next 2 months. Her babies are only 3-4 weeks, so we must wean them in the next month and then get them all ready to travel.

She is VERY grateful and loving, and I’m sure the girls in Germany will find this lovely animal and her babies good homes soon.

We now have 10 cats that we have taken from boxes at the protectora, and I am very pleased that we are able to help Jos with some of the cats that are left with him, as he and his vet Miguel are doing so much to help us. I am also pleased that we can take them as the environment of a dog rescue is not great for cats; they are well cared for but only allowed out of their cages when someone can watch them and they are safe from the dogs. Farley for one was struggling to walk when he first came to Jenny’s, probably from spending too much time unable to move much in the box. Now he is happy, stronger and exploring more each day with his little sister, and as you can see, managed to get himself in far more of the photos than Molly!
