Character Cat Chivers’s Photos
Finally, I have managed to take some great photos of Chivers, without scratches all over his face, from his previous macho existence on the streets. He has healed well, and adapted well to being inside, so much so that cuddles are demanded constantly accompanied by loud talking!
Good photos are really important for all our foster cats, as homes are found for them in Germany, via our partner’s website. Chivers is now up there looking his handsome best, so we are hoping for some interest in him soon. In the meantime he has some lovely foster parents waiting to meet him in Germany.
Enjoy what are now Chivers’s ‘official’ photos:

This enormous ginger cat never never stops talking – only when being petted or fed. He also has a big big appetite and has not stopped eating since moving into our flat – he loves to strut his stuff along the terrace but I have to ensure that my dog is safely locked away as Chivers does definitely not like dogs – previous experience whilst living wild I suppose – he chased my dog around the lounge and the dog was terrified.!!!!!!
I have fed him on the rocks for a number of years and never thought that he would settle inside – but he seems very happy and content – a constant supply of food and petting and brushing helps I am sure.
He is a very handsome boy with a great character and John and I would love to have been able to keep him as Moggy No.3.
I hope he finds a great forever home in Germany with someone who can give him the attention he insists on.
