Cuddle Cat Cleo Has Her Home
14/06/11: Cleo went off to her forever home just this last weekend, and everything is absolutely fine. At Matt’s here in Spain she had mainly been living as an outside cat, but it seems Cleo is much happier in the comfort of a home. I had this from Kerstin:
“Her adoptant is happy because she is so cuddly and lovely and likes to be stroked all the day… she is really relaxed… now Cleo only has a big balcony, but that seems to be okay for her… she seems to think it is enough to look outside…”
Lovely girl. I am very happy that she has her home, and will get all the love and attention she needs for the future.
04/04/11: Cleo actually travelled to Germany on the March 11th transport. I now have new photos of her being thoroughly spoilt in her foster home!
Cleo is loving all the new attention, but the feedback is that this pretty madam likes things to be on her terms! Good for Cleo. She is a strong little character.
The other news is that Cleo’s foster Mum really loves her, but that Cleo herself is not too sure about the rather large famiy dog. He is a little boisterous and at times seems to frighten her. This is a little surprising because Cleo here lived with Matt’s 4 labradors. Maybe in time she will get more used to her new housemate, and then maybe there is a chance her foster Mum may decide to keep her. I can hope!

19/02/11: Cleo is just GORGEOUS! She is one of Matt’s outside rescue cats, and she SO wants to be an inside cuddle cat. She sneaks in whenever she gets the chance, much to the displeasure of Matt’s own house cats.
Matt actually rescued Cleo from another rescue place, where life wasn’t great for Cleo, after she had been abandoned by her original owner. At the time this little lady had a dislocated leg, and wasn’t in great shape at all.
Now she is well looked after and life is fine, but she so wants more. More love, more scrummy food and more home comforts! This is why Matt has asked me to find Cleo her own home, where she can be a proper house cat, which is the life Cleo feels she deserves.
