18/06/13: This little lady is capturing the hearts of all who meet her as she is SO sweet and friendly. Now I have some lovely photos of a very relaxed, happy cat!
16/06/13: Daphne also traveled to Germany this weekend, where she is already much happier, following her foster Mum Jessika around like a little dog, sitting on her knee and even allowing herself …

Four Beautiful Kittens

11/10/11: This gorgeous foursome have now been in Germany just over 3 months and all is very well with them. The latest news is that Muffin has been adopted, which just leaves Comet waiting for his forever home. There HAS apparently been a lot of interest in him but not from people that Martina was happy with. I am sorry that Muffin and Comet have in the end been separated, but Muffin is such a confident little fellow, and has taken his move from his siblings in his stride! “Last week during my holiday I had the visit for Muffin…and yesterday he went to his new home with a totally cute black male cat same age….and today I got the first mail : both boys are playing, cuddling each other and the people…and are in love from the first moment they saw each other…:o) this is the way we love it :o ) Martina”
I look forward to some new photos. Muffin in particular stole my heart!

23/06/11: The adoptant of Clementine and Midge has now kindly agreed to foster Muffin and Comet, so all 4 will stay together a little longer. Comet had an interested person, but I was not happy for gorgeous little Muffin to be left alone, and I’m sure it won’t be long before someone falls in love with the pair of them.

15/06/11: It is now definitely confirmed that Clementine and Midge have a forever home together. Their adoptans fell for the kittens when Martina first showed them the baby photos. They wanted a girl and a boy, so little Clementine was always going to be theirs, and then chose Midge because I noticed he seemed to play with her a lot, and they had decided on one siam-mix and one little ginger kitten!

We also have people interested in Comet and Muffin as another pair so I hope for more definite news soon. In the meantime they are all growing fast, and are very playful and active. I let them out of their room every morning while I clean and they charge about Iain’s basement and up and down the stairs!

28/05/11: Time to meet Comet, Midge, Muffin AND Clementine, four gorgeous kittens (2 siam-mix and 2 ginger) born at the beginning of March, that I currently have the pleasure of looking after!

They were brought to me by Susan and Brooke who live in a small village in the hills called Cobdar. They also brought their mother, Henrietta, to my vet to be sterilised, and I am hoping to help find her a home later. She belonged to a Spanish farmer who originally had her locked in his hen house, until she managed to escape.

All her 4 kittens are friendly and playful, and are growing fast, and the good, but not really surprising news, is that somebody in Germany is already interested in 2 of them.

In the meantime, while I prepare them to travel, they have a large room to play in with 2 cat trees, one tunnel, some balls and soon a special game. Not too bad, and all seem healthy and happy.

They are all cheeky and of course VERY sweet, but I have to own up to a favourite. Little Muffin is the MOST friendly and confident and always rushes up to see me, and purrs around my legs. He is a real darling!! Good job Chris has said no more cats!!!
