Lisa – A Beautiful Abandoned Cat

May 23, 2012 – 10:34 pm | 8 views

Lisa hasn’t had the best couple of months. She is 6 years old and until recently had I assume a contented apartment life as the only cat of an English man. Meet Petra Puss

This is beautiful Petra, a 10-month old girl from Berja, who has already had her first litter of 4.

She is only really still a baby herself, but that is what happens if kittens are not sterilised and are outside. Fortunately for Petra she was brought to me by an English family, who had been feeding her and her 4 babies who we have called, Gypsy (the only girl), Frodo, Fudge and Ginko.

They are now being very well looked after here in Almerimar, and Petra herself should be ready to travel on the next transport to Germany in 2 weeks. I am just waiting on confirmation of a foster home for her there.

She is a lovely gentle cat, and likes to be stroked, but needs patience and love to help her build up her confidence. She still hides a lot and is afraid to put her head out into the garden. It is likely that during her short life, she has not always met with kindness, but that has all now changed, and we will find her a great forever home.
