Pedro & Pablo are 3 month old brothers, left up at the dog rescue by owners who could no longer keep them.

I felt really sorry for them as they were stuck in a dog cage for most of the day in vet Miguel’s surgery, only being allowed out when he could watch them and keep them safe from the dogs. Tracey and Kevin kindly agreed to foster these lovely boys so that I was able to help find them a new home.

They have quickly become part of the family, have no fear of Tracey’s dogs, and have been loving their new found freedom. Pablo is the cheekier and more independent of the 2, but once he gets over his initial nerves Pedro is a lovely little chap too. It was Pedro who gave us all a scare while Miguel was trying to chip him. He got scared and managed to jump out of Lisa’s grasp and almost into the mouth of a dog. There were then 6 of us chasing him around the room, trying to stop him jumping out of the window or being eaten by one of the number of dogs in the room. I managed to rescue him, and apart from bumping his head everything was fine.

Now these 2 will be off to a new life in Germany at the end of the month. I’m sure it won’t be too long before someone falls in love with them and gives them a new home.
