		<description>That`s wonderful news!  Dawn and Nick will certainly be delighted.  I think I am almost more pleased to hear about Carmen and Ferdi.  Having spent a little time with them the last couple of weeks before they went I felt I could sense a difference in them.  They were calmer when I was in with them and I felt sure, that given much more time with dedicated human company they would be fine.  Clearly the girls in Germany vet the foster parents really well as this lady seems to be doing the trick.</description>
