Sandy & Roly
17/03/11: Sandy is the first of this beautiful family to travel to Germany on the March 11th transport. His adoptant is very happy with him, and he seems to be getting along ok with his new cat friend.
Sandy is still a little shy, but his adoptant sounds understanding and will give him plenty of time to settle. He is a new cat for a family that recently lost one. All seems fine!
“Up to now sandy has no new name… he will wait until the birthday of the adoptant… that is on 7th April… Sandy is well and his family’s own male cat is relaxed about his new housemate… there is no stress… both are very interested in each other and they play together from today… first day he hid under the sofa and so on but now he is better, eats and drinks well and his sleeping place is on the sofa – the place of the cat that died… adoptant wrote – perhaps he feels the ghost of his Tiger.. sandy is only touchable when he eats… but he can get the time he needs… His adoptant knows that it was the right decision for both cats to have Sandy… and Sandy is more beautiful than in the picture…”
04/01/11: It’s time to meet 2 beautiful ginger cats, currently at the PAWs cattery in Mojacar. They were born early in the summer of 2010, and have 2 more siblings.
They were fed from small kittens by an English woman in her garden, until she had to go back to the UK, but unfortunately were not tame when they first came to PAWs. It has taken time to be able to stroke these 2, and their remaining sisters are still very nervous. Sandy and her brother Roly however are now looking for a home on the German home pages and I am hoping for news soon.
